In Limerick and Belfast the Redemptorists service two popular shrine churches. Both these churches are homes to shrines of Our Lady of Perpetual Help. Every week a Perpetual Novena is celebrated, climaxing in a nine-day Novena during the month of June.

These churches are centres for liturgical excellence. Every day of the week the local Redemptorist community attached to these churches, provide a range of pastoral services ranging from the daily celebration of the Eucharist, confessions, counselling, outreach to the poor, presenting scripture courses, offering guided meditation.

On a smaller scale, the Redemptorists also offer similar centres in Esker Monastery in Athenry, and Marianella in Dublin.
