While most training takes place in Ireland, there will be several opportunities to travel. Important parts of the programme include:

• A pilgrimage to the Holy Land
  
• An Alphonsian pilgrimage to Italy
  
• The option of a mission immersion experience in Brazil for two years
  
• Studying with other Redemptorist students from a range of different countries
  
• Attending Redemptorist Youth Congresses in Europe
